Package Itinerary
Departing in
the afternoon/evening from your local pick up point we make our way to Dover
for an early morning ferry to Calais
| Day
1: Wednesday 30th July |
On arrival in
France we head directly for Hamburg and our hotels, arriving early afternoon.
Having dropped off the hotel clients, we carry on to the festival campsite
to arrive in the mid afternoon.
| Day
2: Thursday 31st July |
Thursday is free
as the campers settle in. For the hotel
clients, a relaxing day and time for sightseeing before the coaches depart
in the early afternoon (approx
50 minutes drive) for Thursdays entertainment
at the festival site, returning at the end of the evening.
Friday is DAY
TWO of the festival and the coach will transfer hotel clients to the festival
site, returning to the hotel at the completion of proceedings.

4: Saturday 2nd August |
Festival DAY
THREE and once more for hotel clients the coach will tansfer to and from
the festival site.
Hotel clients
check out at lunchtime and board the coach to the Festival campsite where
campers will be collected. We then make our way back to Calais, for a late
evening ferry. Arrival back in Dover will be the early hours of Monday morning,
arriving in London around 6.00am. |

HOTEL
OPTION
As usual we have the 3 Star Hotel Monopol on the Reeperbahn, plus this year
the Zleep Hotel and the Hotel Commodore (to be confirmed). All rooms fully
ensuite with TV and direct dial telephone. |
CAMPING
OPTION
Festival campsites traditionally carry all the usual amenities associated
with outdoor events, such as toilets, showers, water, bars, fast food outlets,
supermarket etc (facilities vary by festival).
Please note; tents and equipment are not included. Also
note, it is illegal to carry gas canisters on coaches. |
COACH
FACILITIES
All our coaches are of the Executive type featuring, reclining seats, wc/washroom,
video, fresh air ventilation (usually air conditioning) and tea/coffee facilities.
Refreshments in the form of hot & cold soft drinks, crisps/snacks are
available to purchase on board. Should you have any "relevant"
dvd or audio material to the event in question and would like to play it
on the coach system en route, please feel free to bring it along and your
driver/couriers will endeavour to play it for you at appropriate times.
(Please note, that we cannot accept responsibilty for any loss or damage
to material brought on board).
EUROPEAN LEGISLATION
In accordance with EC Directives, it is illegal to smoke or consume alcohol
whilst travelling by coach in Europe and therefore neither will be permitted
for the duration of the journey. Non conformers will unfortunately be required
to relinquish their holiday arrangements with Argon Events forthwith and
Argon Events cannot be responsible for the repatriation of those offending.
COMFORT STOPS for smokers will be made en route. |
