| Day
1: Wednesday 4th June |
Departing
in the afternoon/evening from your local pick up point we make our way to
Dover for an early morning ferry to Calais
On
arrival in France we head directly for the Nurburgring & the festival
site, arriving lunchtime/early afternoon, where we drop off those people
camping. From there we carry on to the hotel and check the hotel clients
in. The rest of the day is free to settle in.
The
coach will transfer hotel clients to the festival site for DAY ONE
of the Rock Am Ring 2008 and return to the hotel after the end
of the day's events*.
DAY
TWO of the festival and the coach will transfer hotel clients to
the festival site, returning to the hotel at the completion of proceedings*.
Coach
transfer as day two for DAY THREE
After
breakfast hotel clients check out and the coach departs for the Festival
site to collect the campers, before beginning the return journey back to
Calais for an afternoon ferry back to Dover and on.

HOTEL
OPTION
Hotels chosen for our European Events are a minimum 2 star tourist class
hotels and include fully ensuite facilities (wc, bath or shower), TV and
direct dial telephone. Continental breakfast is included in all packages. |
CAMPING
OPTION
Festival campsites traditionally carry all the usual amenities associated
with outdoor events, such as toilets, showers, water, bars, fast food outlets,
supermarket etc (facilities vary by festival).
Please note; tents and equipment are not included. Also
note, it is illegal to carry gas canisters on coaches. |

COACH
FACILITIES
All our coaches are of the Executive type featuring, reclining seats, wc/washroom,
video, fresh air ventilation (usually air conditioning) and tea/coffee facilities.
Refreshments in the form of hot & cold soft drinks, crisps/snacks are
available to purchase on board. Should you have any "relevant"
video or audio material to the event in question and would like to play
it on the coach system en route, please feel free to bring it along and
your driver/couriers will endeavour to play it for you at appropriate times.
(Please note, that we cannot accept responsibilty for any loss or damage
to material brought on board).
EUROPEAN LEGISLATION
In accordance with EC Directives, it is illegal to smoke or consume alcohol
whilst travelling by coach in Europe and therefore neither will be permitted
for the duration of the journey. Non conformers will unfortunately be required
to relinquish their holiday arrangements with Argon Events forthwith and
Argon Events cannot be responsible for the repatriation of those offending.
COMFORT STOPS for smokers will be made en route. |
