| Day
1: Thursday 21st June |
Departing in
the afternoon/evening from your local pick up point we make our way to Dover
for an early morning ferry to Calais
On arrival in France we head directly for Dessel
and the Festival site where those clients camping are dropped off at the
campsite. From there we carry on to our hotel in Turnhout, to check in.
After settling in hotel clients are transferred to the festival site for
the first day's entertainment, returning to the hotel at the end of proceedings.

3: Saturday 23rd June |
DAY TWO of the
festival and once again the coach will transfer hotel clients to the festival
site, returning to the hotel at the completion of proceedings.
DAY THREE as
day two
After
breakfast hotel clients check out and the coach departs for the Festival
site to collect the campers, before beginning the return journey back to
Calais for an afternoon ferry back to Dover and on |

HOTEL
OPTION
The Hotel Corsendonk Viane is located in the centre of Turnhout, in the
heart of the Benelux area, and within walking distance to the train station,
city centre, shops and sights. The well appointed rooms include fully
ensuite bathroom with Toilet, Shower & Bathtub, TV, Telephone, Hair
Dryer, Working Desk, & Internet facilities |
CAMPING
OPTION
Festival campsites traditionally carry all the usual amenities associated
with outdoor events, such as toilets, showers, water, bars, fast food outlets,
supermarket etc (facilities vary by festival).
Please note; tents and equipment are not included. Also
note, it is illegal to carry gas canisters on coaches. |

COACH
FACILITIES
All our coaches are of the Executive type featuring, reclining seats, wc/washroom,
video, fresh air ventilation (usually air conditioning) and tea/coffee facilities.
Refreshments in the form of hot & cold soft drinks, crisps/snacks are
available to purchase on board. Should you have any "relevant"
video or audio material to the event in question and would like to play
it on the coach system en route, please feel free to bring it along and
your driver/couriers will endeavour to play it for you at appropriate times.
(Please note, that we cannot accept responsibilty for any loss or damage
to material brought on board).
EUROPEAN LEGISLATION
In accordance with EC Directives, it is illegal to smoke or consume alcohol
whilst travelling by coach in Europe and therefore neither will be permitted
for the duration of the journey. Non conformers will unfortunately be required
to relinquish their holiday arrangements with Argon Events forthwith and
Argon Events cannot be responsible for the repatriation of those offending.
COMFORT STOPS for smokers will be made en route. |
